Angel Babies of Wisconsin is a volunteer group that transforms donated wedding gowns into beautiful angel garments and keepsakes for babies during a time of unimaginable loss.

Is there a cost for the angel garments?

No. Angel garments are lovingly handcrafted by volunteers and are made available at no cost to families through our hospital, funeral home, and community partners.

Where do you serve?

Our primary focus is serving families throughout Wisconsin. As our volunteer network continues to grow, we hope to expand our reach and serve even more communities.

Are you currently accepting wedding gown donations?

At this time, we have temporarily paused accepting new wedding gown donations while we work through our current waiting list.

I'm already on the waiting list. Will I still be contacted?

Yes. If you joined our waiting list before donations were paused, your name remains on the list and we will contact you when we are ready to coordinate your donation.

What happens to my wedding gown?

Each gown is carefully transformed into angel gowns, blankets, bonnets, keepsakes, and other items that provide comfort to families.

I've never made an angel gown before. Can I still volunteer?

Absolutely. We welcome both experienced and first-time volunteers. Guidance, workshops, and support are available to help you get started.

How much time do I have to volunteer?

There is no minimum commitment. Whether you sew one gown each year or many throughout the year, every contribution makes a difference.

Will I receive instructions?

Yes. We are happy to provide guidance and answer questions to help you feel comfortable creating angel garments.

How can our organization receive angel garments?

Please complete the Hospital & Funeral Home Request Form found on our website. A volunteer will contact you to discuss your organization's needs.

Is there a cost?

No. Angel garments are made available at no cost to families.

What sizes are available?

Our volunteer seamstresses create garments in a variety of sizes, including micro-preemie, preemie, infant, and full-term.

Availability may vary depending on current inventory.

How can my business or organization help?

There are many ways to support Angel Babies of Wisconsin, including donating supplies, sponsoring shipping materials, hosting volunteer events, providing meeting space, or helping us connect with hospitals and funeral homes.

Can our church or sewing group volunteer together?

Absolutely! Churches, quilt guilds, sewing groups, and civic organizations make wonderful community partners. We'd love to discuss how your group can become involved.
